All youth 18-26 are eligible to apply to attend as a youth delegate during the last days of November and early December this year. Before the conference youth train other youth to be adept at understanding international climate policy, lobbying, communicating with press, producing media and fund-raising. At the conference youth delegates collaborate with other international youth to bring a youth perspective to the negotiating table.
