I had a bit of a chat to introduce myself to Gabriel last week. I wouldn't
mind getting his feedback and maybe a bit more info on how certain processes
will be handled. I've been doc writing for a few days so hopefully i will be
able to get back into his code for a closer look. I wouldn't mind after we
get esri and geogit sorted looking at reviving a postgis variation with the
new api's. but as i mentioned in a previous email trail i had problems
figuring out how to do it with the new final jdbcdatastore. I will put that
once again off to the side until we look at these interfaces first. Having
said that the old system is the inspiration for these interfaces so I know
that it *could* work.
What general times is Garbriel available for irc or does it make sense to
keep the stuff in this thread atm. I am mainly curious about the api and
methodology for accessing features as a datastore/featurestore.
