Thank you very much for testing! I had no issue with installing Geoserver, but when I installed the Oracle > plugin (the 2.16-RC version) and changed the data directory Geoserver would > not start. >
Did you get any indication from the logs why it would not start (I assumed you also followed the instructions to install the JDBC driver alongside the oracle plugin?)
