Hi,
funny, I was looking at the auth form code just yesterday, to figure out
why the logout button was not visible when using
auths other than form.
Login and logout forms are pluggable and will disappear based on the
configured auth filters in the "/web/**" chain.
If that chain does not contain the form one, they will be gone from the UI
