Good Afternoon

I am using the GeoServer API "coverage stores" to dynamically ingest
imagemosaic then adjust the

Native Bounding Box and Lat/Lon Bounding Box to the combined bounding area with
the recalculate=nativebbox,latlonbbox

of the new images. This is not working the bounding boxes does not adjust from
the first image which was ingested., which

causes the display of the image not to display the images outside the defined
bounding box within GeoServer.

GeoServer Version Information:

    GeoServer Version: 2.9.1

    Git Revision: 02d742eb7992fd70bc277cb873d7fbb2326a2eb0

    Build Date: 03-Aug-2016 23:34

    GeoTools Version: 15.1 (rev
b9f0f6572d58d58374cad1c0161b424e2dd70a47)

    GeoWebCache Version: 1.9.1 (rev
1.9.x/02155f9a2b56230ebb01be2c987f0eaa3daf18a0)

    Operating System: RedHat Linux

    Database: Oracle VM Virtualbox

Command:

POST
/geoserver/rest/workspaces/sensor/coveragestores/base_reflectivity/external.imagemosaic?recalculate=nativebbox,latlonbbox

Attached you will find a file containing debug messages from ingesting a file
into GeoServer and our database.

The only errors which I was able to find are "Unrecognized file (file extension
doesn't match):" and

"Failed to use ST_EstimatedExtent, falling back on envelope aggregation:".

I appreciate any help you can provide with getting my problem resolved

Have a nice day

Joe
