It seems your in-memory catalog is in a corrupted state, you should probably
reload it from disk (server status/reload).
I've seen a few reports of this already, but we haver had an indication of
what might cause that state (and it never happened to me personally).
Hopefully someone will find a way to reproduce it reliably so that we can
fix it.
