I'm running vanilla KDE, so with Konqueror 3.5.9 I can open this page fine when I click on the logon button: https://ib.absa.co.za/ib/ib.jsp I am not sure if my javascript settings are default, but if you enable Debug and Report Errors you should see if this is a javascript problem.
