You need to unmerge sys-apps/setarch. Note that the first block was from having too low a version of sys-apps/util-linux: [blocks B ] <sys-apps/util-linux-2.13 (is blocking sys-apps/coreutils-6.10-r2) While the second block is caused by having any version of sys-apps/setarch: [blocks B ] sys-apps/setarch (is blocking sys-apps/util-linux-2.14.1) This is probably because setarch got included in newer util-linux versions.
