Hi folks, I have following partitions on the HD
# fdisk -l /dev/hda1 * 83 System (for /boot) /dev/hda2 5 Extended (as swap) /dev/hda3 83 Linux (for /root) /dev/hda4 8e Linux LVM (for /home /usr /var /opt /tmp) Encountered following problems; 1) # vgscan Reading all physical volumes. This may take a while Incorrect metadata area header checksum 2) # vgchange -a y Incorrect metadata area header checksum Please advise how to rectify these problems. TIA B.R.
