thanks every body, every thing goes fine now without errors i didn't change any thing just a reboot then etc-update; env-update and every thing works fine.

You are correct that gcc's output will be the same, but you don't need to merge it twice because gcc uses itself to build itself. It uses a 3-stage bootstrap, where it uses the system compiler to build an initial version of itself, then uses that version to rebuild itself. Then for good measure, it then uses that version to build the final version of itself.
