Hi, I don't know where should I post this kind of message, but I need to use lilypond as one of my working tools. I got stunned when I saw today that lilypond version available at portage tree is 2.0.3 .... the latest stable version is 2.6.5 and 2.0.3 is extreme old.
Is there a reason that lilypond version is not up to date .... and should I build myself ( without portage ) if I want to used it ? -- An application asked: "Requeires Windows 9x, NT4 or better", so I´ve installed Linux -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
