I have an old eeepc 1GB ram and would like to install Gentoo on it as Xubuntu and Fedora both failed providing the programs I need.
Since the eeepc is VERY slow, is it possible to setup "distcc" to do complete compiling on a faster machine. (eeepc is x86, my faster boxes are amd64). -- Joseph
