thanks all. I still don't understand if Gnome 3.12 should work now with current wayland/weston or not. At least I get this when testing: Jul 27 14:38:28 goto gnome-session[22840]: gnome-session[22840]: WARNING: Unable to find required component 'gnome-shell-wayland' Recompiling gnome-session doesn't help and that file(?) isn't anywhere. I only get a blinking cursor when I log into gdm with "gnome on wayland" S
