So you look for service files? A quick google finds examples for these 2 daemons here: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/hints/downloads/files/systemd.txt If they work it would be great to file a bug for adding systemd unit files to app-admin/sysklogd at bugs.gentoo.org ( I didn't check if the ebuild brings unit-files but at least I see it doesn't have a systemd USE flag).
