First unmask the top level package, example:

  echo "kde-base/kdebase-meta ~x86" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords

Then just run this script, example:

  unmask.pl kdebase-meta

You might want to save a copy of package.keywords then compare the
two for sanity before emerging.
