I don't remember anything of that sort. I may have overlooked at
your suggestion and replied to other part of your post, but I certainly
haven't said such checks would be a bad idea.
I don't appericiate the twisting of history.

I don't appericiate the attempt of trying to categorize me into one
of these pro-, anti-, {systemd,udev,eudev,sep. /usr,whatever} camps.
I wonder, did you notice who filed bug 443590 to begin with?
