Will you please ready Thomas e-mail again as a whole? You only "extract" a single sentence and you redirect the other part of it to /dev/null. We (recruiters) only point people to the appropriate places. We can't just go ahead an find a recruit for the eg Gnome team. The Gnome team will have to find good recruits for their team and then "give" them to us to recruit them properly. It's impossible for us to find all the "good" people out there and bring them on board.
