This already went before the Council, and the decision was that INSTALL_MASK IS the working solution for opting out. If somebody wants to come up with a better one and propose it they're of course welcome to, but in the meantime, INSTALL_MASK is the official solution. The whole point of having a Council is so that you don't have to reach 100.000000000% consensus on every single decision. Rich
