[gentoo-dev] TreeCleaner Meeting

I kind of dropped the ball on our meeting time, so I'll try and say 1800 
UTC (6pm for you non-military types).  It's in #gentoo-treecleaners (yes 
with an s!).  We will be discussing a new (soon to be as understaffed as 
ourselves) project Proxy Maintainers, as well as new criteria for 
package removals.
