Please don't use app-mobile as it may be confused with mobile computing, not mobile phones. Any reason why these packages can not go into app-pda? Most modern mobile phones can be considered a handheld computer (and many of them can be thought of as either a phone with integrated PDA - or a PDA with integrated phone).
