Hi, The PPMC needs to vote on this release candidate before having the IPMC vote on it.
Note that "The vote is open for 72 hours. It passes if a majority of at least three +1 IPMC votes are cast.” is not entirely correct. Votes are generally open for at least 72 hours but can be open longer if the required number of votes is not obtained.
