You should run separate votes on the d...@baremaps.apache.org (that requires at least 3 BareMaps PPMC members or mentors to vote +1) and on general@incubator.apache.org (that requires at least 3 IPMC members to vote +1). Most projects run the 2 votes at separate times - PPMC one first. The IPMC vote thread would include links to the PPMC vote result and the PPMC vote thread.
