I definitely don't think it will be a mono-repo, but it also won't be
one-component-per-repo type of situation.

There's obviously current setup of how the project is on GitHub right
now -- so perhaps that's the first cut at how it may look like:

That said -- I'm sure we'll discuss it as one of the first steps after
the vote concludes.
