Hi Incubator community, As discussed[1] in Dubbo graduation thread, some of the projects under 3rd party group[1] will be transferred[3] to Apache.
The transfer is in progress, some of them have been transferred before the graduation resolution approval, and some of them are transferred after graduation resolution approval. The question here is that does these projects need to go through IP clearance process[4] or not? If so, which projects are needed? Are those transferred after graduation resolution approval needed, or all the projects are needed?
