I searched for "Jal" and came up with Japan Air Lines, which is clearly a really different field of use.
I also found the Wikipedia article on JAL but was hasty in presuming it described a historical language. If it is an active open source project, let's not collide. So I'll change my vote to "Winch". I again did a quick search, but sounds like someone should check my work...
