Podlings should take care in copying what a TLP project does, there may be a 
reason you are unaware that they do things in that way, or policy may of 
changed and they haven’t caught up yet. I know Spark has had a number of 
(minor) issues over the years and may not be the best example to copy from.

If there’s any doubt look at policy. In this case in quite clear. [1][2]
