Hi John, What is not stated on the VOTE to general@ is how long this thread is open for. It does however state the trouble that Usergrid has transitioned to being a compliant (codewise) podling. I notice (and thank you) for not VETO'ing this RC. I do however also accept that the release candidate naming is off. I have however thoroughly, as a mentor of this podling, reviewed, and provided patches to bring this codebase up to (hopefully satisfactory) scratch. We bring the Usergrid 1.0 release candidate to the IPMC as we think it is suitable for release. Non-blocking issues aside e.g. renaming of artifacts in Apache servers SVN is trivial to me and I will therefore, as a member of IPMC provide my +1 Thank you Usergrid community for pushing on this codebase. It has not been easy and I really thank everyone for persistent attitude to driving home this agenda. If the renaming of artifacts is the only issue which can be identified with this release (which is what the Usergrid community has VOTE'd on) as blocking then we can easly address this and respin an RC for IPMC VOTE'ing. Thank you IPMC. Lewis
