As mentioned in the latest report, the activity unfortunately hasn't picked up too much even though there have been some positive signs lately. Here's my shepherd note on the report: Third consecutive quarter with low activity. There's some improvement over the previous quarter, as mentioned in the report, but turning that into sustainable community activity may take some effort (or luck). Is there anything the broader Incubator community could do to help? Have you considered cutting a release with the code you already have in place? That might help bring over some people who are now using OpenDDR.
