It's their decision to volunteer their efforts in that way so I don't
think the IPMC should have any worries with how mentors spend their
time - let's leave that for their spouses to worry with.

I suggest a policy of "A project will be retired from the incubator
when it is the consensus of the PPMC or when the PPMC fails to attract
enough qualified mentors."  ... in hopes that the second half of that
will ultimately address the 'indefinite' concern...
