I agree with this, the incubator is busy enough helping podlings
become top-level projects (or fail gracefully). It's good to have
reports on things that worked (on blogs, comdev website etc.) but I
agree with not burdening the incubator PMC with more than that.

Another way to better use our limited mentoring resources is to
graduate podlings quickly, when that's possible, and I think we're on
a good track towards improving this.
