thank you for your review! Unfortunately, I can't do anything about
0.4.0, the artifacts got published a couple of hours after I closed
the vote. Next time I'll set a longer voting period to give everyone
the chance to review in time.

However, we're of course willing to fix this as quickly as possible.
May I add you as a watcher to the issue [1]? I could really use your
expertise on this, it seems not even all TLPs get this right.
