The people.a.o script only currently looks at groups defined or
referenced in the asf-authorization-template, which AFAIK is not used
for git auth.

odftoolkit does not appear in the svn auth file; I don't know where
git auth is defined.

Some LDAP groups are not referenced in the svn auth file; these are
also not shown on people.a.o.
