What changes would you like to see? Even if we did require all mentors to sign the reports to indicate they're still alive some wont for what ever reasons - how will we notice they've not and what would we do about it? Lets say we sack them right away, that might get more mentors signing the reports more often in the future but would they be actually be being better mentors day to day?
