Note that there is another question of whether and how the ASF would use the mark. The community might want to call it "Apache Office", for all I know, and the OOo trademark wouldn't be useful. The ASF itself doesn't really care, to be honest :-) Most ASF communities do have ecosystems like this, but the Foundation doesn't really involve itself in that.
