That's a possibility, but I would keep such a website for information
that's common to ASF semantic projects, as opposed to making it an
umbrella project.

db.apache.org (and http://ws.apache.org/) are such umbrella projects
that group a number of more or less closely related subprojects.

The current trend is to move away from such umbrella projects, so that
top-level projects are clearly focused and their PMCs can work towards
a clearly defined set of goals.
