I notice you added a new committer some months ago, but he hasn't committed anything since and is not included in the proposed PMC. In fact I can't see any new active committers joining the team since the project started incubation. You do have a healthy-looking patch queue, so I'm wondering why this is the case. I couldn't find info on the affiliations of Malcolm, Bob and Naoki; the active committers of the project. Are you all working on the project independently? If not, my vote is -1.
