In order to bring the text of http://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html
in line with the text of http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html I would like to eliminate most of the usages of the word "distribution" in releasemanagement.xml and replace it with the word "package". I find the common usage of the word "distribution" in the Java world (as a surrogate for package or archive file) to be a terribly confusing mess when it comes to dealing with the nuances of Apache release management issues.
