Garrett, I have hand-picked out the parts addressing the process. Can you
please elaborate on specifics? There is no desired for bureaucracy, nor do
I feel that the process is overly complex, so if there are specific items
that you can point out, perhaps we can better streamline things.
Anyone else who would like to make concrete suggestions, please chip in.
