What I'm pissed about is that apparently the "right" way to deal with a task that hasn't been done is to post a rant to a widely read mailing list saying that the mentors of the project are falling down on the job. Perhaps an email saying "hey, these web pages need to be updated, it doesn't look like you've taken care of it yet, could you?" would have been more appropriate.
