This is incorrect (unless you are speaking of you). CCLA's are a convenience for the benefit of ICLA signatories. It is not the incubator's responsibility to validate that ICLA signers are legally able to do so. Depending on their contractual relationship to their employer/contractor they may need this or they may not.
