I'd suggest that Community Building Guide is not only helpful to
podlings, but to any of our Projects at any stage of life. Perhaps, we
should frame this as a guide to building and sustaining communities,
and link it  under "Get Involved" on the apache.org page.

I like this idea. The incubator certainly needs this kind of material, but as Ted points out, so do most communities.
