I'm a bit shocked that capitalization matters. I helped write (award
winning!) Windows NT security analysis software, originally called
NtSpectre, back in the day. Microsoft lawyers wrote us a short sweet
letter saying "rename it or we'll take you to court". We renamed the
software to NSpecTre.
