Thanks Doug! Right, I did created "/www/incubator.apache.org/lucene.net" manually -- I didn't know the process back then.
So unlike the other files that I just fixed up, this one doesn't have an XML/template? If so, then I will just add it to my "site" SVN and then "svn up" it. -- George -----Original Message----- From: Doug Cutting [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, April 11, 2006 3:04 PM To: general@incubator.apache.org Subject: Re: Can't commit http://incubator.apache.org/lucene.net/ appears to have been installed by yourself and not from svn: % ls -al /www/incubator.apache.org/lucene.net total 12 drwxr-xr-x 3 aroush apcvs 512 Nov 15 11:30 . drwxrwxr-x 39 root apcvs 1536 Apr 11 11:12 .. drwxr-xr-x 2 aroush apcvs 512 Nov 15 11:37 images -rw-r--r-- 1 aroush apcvs 5745 Nov 15 12:09 index.html The normal way to do this is to have these files be stored somewhere in subversion, e.g., in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/lucene.net/site/, then use 'svn up' to update the site after you've committed a new version.
