The additional directory is in the source. For example, here's the first entry in incubator/site-author/ip-clearance/index.xml: <a href="ip-clearance/harmony-16-contribution-classlib-intel.html">harmony-16-contribution-classlib-intel</a> This won't work because this file is in the same directory as the index file.
