thanks for the catch, David. Since the conversion to Anakia, I've been pretty much assuming that people will go ahead and build/publish the site themselves. But http://incubator.apache.org/guides/website.html says somebody else will publish changes: "You can just commit the source changes and leave it to someone else to generate the website, however it is better to generate the site yourself and check it in." Do we want to change that to something like: "Please generate the site yourself and check it in. If you have any problems, ask for help on the Incubator's general list." If we want to leave the "leave it someone else to generate the website" be, that'd be fine.
