Unfortunately, I think sites are not being (r)synced every 4 hours. I made changes to the Lucene web site several days ago (ssh to minotaur, svn up under /www/lucene....).
Maybe somebody on infrastructure will know what is happening. No rush for Lucene.
That's odd, I did the same thing for lucene4c (did the initial checkout in /www/infrastructure.apache.org/lucene4c) and it showed up just fine a few hours later.
