Hi, I just noticed the Hermes project in the incubator and wanted to bring a potential naming issue to the group's attention. There is another open source project currently using that name, hosted at http://www.freebxml.org/.
Of course there are many projects using this name, and if the ones in question were completely different this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, there is a potential for confusion as Apache Incubator Hermes implements the OASIS draft WS-Notification standards, and Freebxml Hermes supports the OASIS ebXML Message Service (ebMS V2) standard. I tried searching the mailing lists to see if this was already discussed, but I didn't find anything. Sorry if it has already been resolved. Hermes does appear to be a good name for both projects, though!
