Nicola,
Would you please update the STATUS and site to refect this information?

Done.
Should we shutdown the mailing lists and remove commit rights to the source?
Not yet, this is a 'heads up'.
Nobody objected, nor here, nor on the dev mailing list.
We would like to having mailing lists shut down and repository access removed. Note that we would still like to have the repository available read-only in svn and the mailing lists still present and archived (only without being able to post).
I have not done any formal [VOTE] for this, but there is evident consensus.
Here is the last project STATUS:
" 1). Is the STATUS file up to date? Yes.
2). Any legal, cross-project or personal issues that still need to be addressed? No.
3). What has been done for incubation since the last report? Project closed for lack of development.
4). Plans and expectations for the next period? Collaborate with Ant and Maven for artifact downloading. Hang out on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] Eventually continue development on Sourceforge.
5). Any recommendations for how incubation could run more smoothly for you? The closing of the project is not due to problems/issues with Incubation. "
How should I proceed from here? (no guidelines for this yet)
