Do it in Forrest so it goes in the Incubator Docs; you can do it simply in html... just use the .ihtml extension.

On a final note, I don't believe I have any SVN commit rights to anything in the incubator.
If you want to contribute, I don't think that there is nothing preventing you from asking commit rights.
