Ok, maybe we're talking about different things. It doesn't matter where the report is discussed and approved of, but in the end it should simply be forwarded to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list so that PMCers who are not deeply involved in the reporting PPMC have a nice summary to read. That's all. It seems to me that you are suggesting that the final report be sent only to the PPMC list, which seems like the wrong audience to me.
